Protect your home from Colorado’s changing weather

Sun exposure, wind, temperature swings, and seasonal moisture all put exterior paint to work. A worn finish can leave siding, trim, and other surfaces looking tired while giving the elements a better chance to cause damage. We use industry-leading elastomeric coating systems to help protect your exterior from Colorado UV damage and keep it looking beautiful for years to come.

Our Colorado Springs painting team takes the time to evaluate the surface, prepare it thoroughly, and apply a finish chosen for your home and goals. Your detailed proposal explains the preparation, repairs, existing conditions, paint brands, number of coats, sheens, and any excluded areas—so you know what to expect before work begins.

Exterior surfaces we help restore

Siding and trim

Refresh faded siding, fascia, soffits, shutters, and trim with a cohesive color plan. We inspect wood for damage and rot, then putty nail holes and complete needed preparation before painting.

Stucco and masonry

Address surface concerns and apply coating systems designed to give exterior walls a clean, uniform appearance. Pressure washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming are completed as the surface calls for it.

Wood staining and treatment

Renew exterior wood features with careful staining and treatment designed for their condition and exposure. We prepare the surface, address weathering where appropriate, and help protect wood details with a finish that complements your home.

Doors and details

Bring entry doors, railings, glazing, and the finishing details of your exterior back into the picture. We protect landscaping where needed and treat your home and belongings with respect throughout the project.

Minimum temperature for exterior painting

Exterior paint and coatings require a minimum surface and air temperature of 35°F (1.7°C) to apply safely — and temperatures must stay above freezing for at least 24–48 hours after application while the coating cures.

Most latex and elastomeric coatings we use are rated for application down to 35°F, but colder conditions slow drying time, reduce adhesion, and can cause the coating to fail prematurely. For stucco coatings and elastomerics, we prefer working when temperatures are consistently above 50°F for the best long-term result.

Colorado Springs weather can change quickly — especially in spring and fall. We monitor forecasts closely and will reschedule if conditions drop below safe application thresholds. If you're hoping to get work done before winter, booking in September or early October gives us the best window to complete your project while temperatures cooperate.
